What a slacker!

Wow, I haven't posted anything in a few weeks. Yes, I am a slacker, but there really wasn't much to report until now. Our flats of lettuce and greens that we had started were growing so slowly because of the lack of sunlight. I don't think we saw sunlight until this past week. One third of our greenhouse was too wet to plant into with all the rain we got (it seeps in on the one side). Then boom everything started really growing nicely. We got our starts of lettuce, pac choi, kale, broccoli, and broccoli rabe in the ground this past Saturday. It was a nice introduction back into the real world after fighting off sickness in our house for two weeks. Nearly the entire greenhouse is full of beautiful plants. We have one more small spot where we will put even more arugala in. We love it and so do the restaurants. We should be picking in a week or two. I'll let you know how that goes...
